I request you not to be a clockwork orange.
What is that I am making a request for??
'Clockwork orange' is a term derived from an old English expression "Queer as a Clockwork Orange" which means something very strange. Anthony Burgess says "A human being is endowed with free will. He can use this to choose between good and evil. If he can only perform good or only perform evil, then he is a clockwork orange - meaning that he has the appearance of an organism lovely with colour and juice but is in fact only a clockwork toy to be wound up by God or the Devil." He goes on to say "the important thing is moral choice." When one cannot choose to perform good or evil, he has become a clockwork orange. Burgess also states that the Malaysian word "orang" means "man" in English, so "A Clockwork Orange" means "a clockwork man".
For being human it is very essential to be critical....as the most important gift that God gave us, which is also the most beautiful and powerful tool, is "FREE WILL". We must think, and think about everything and anything....come up with 'ifs and buts', come up with "ALTERNATIVES", as that might lead to a new alternative world order too or lead to at least a better solution to the existing problems.
Why should we accept everything, why cant we question anything? If we stop questioning, we will stop being human itself. We have the choice of everything, its only that choice and the exercise of it, that makes us good and not the good itself.
There was a reason why God first created Lucifer. He was the choice, that would exist. And he is the test, of what we chose and why.
We must have inquisition about everything, I need an answer to why my dreams are called weird? I wont accept just 'anything' that I am tought, I am not a clockwork orange. And that is what we shall not be. Do not just believe in whatever you read, not in whatever you hear, see, think, or have faith in. Let knowledge come from all sides, and then critically analyse that to reach the truth. Why is a thing called good and another bad? Don't copy the morality of others....create your own.
BE HUMAN, BE CRITICAL.
That is the desire of God, that is the route to nirvana.
